PROCESSING: Within 1 to 5 business days for most items.

For Moroccan rugs, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production due to the handmade nature of each piece.
SHIPPING: From Morocco, delivery takes between 7 and 20 business days after dispatch (depending on the destination address). Shipping time is additional to processing / production time. RETURN:
Request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase. Custom and personalised items are excluded. Contact us for approval before sending a return; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
