EXPIRATION OF DISCOUNT CODES:
Typically, our discount codes will come with an expiration date when issued, so you can plan your purchase date accordingly! Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time your order is placed.
FORGETTING TO APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE DURING CHECKOUT:
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add the discount. You can certainly use it for a future purchase, if still valid.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
If the shipping address is incorrect you need to email us within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase. If your order was dispatched to the incorrect address as entered in your details, we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement.
