This handmade Beni Ourain rug is woven in the weaving villages of the Middle Atlas, where age-old technique meets a warm, artistic soul. No two are ever alike, each shaped entirely by hand.
Design & Visual Details
Ivory and Blue tones set the mood, arranged in a diamond pattern with real depth and movement. Worked in a plush pile, the motif gains warmth and a comfortable, cushioned feel.
Feel & Materials
It is made from 100% natural wool, hand-dyed to reach these tones, with a fibre that stays cosy year after year. The dense pile feels wonderful barefoot and adds a quiet hush to the room. Finish it your way — choose hand-tied fringe on two sides, one side, or none at all.
How to Style It
This Beni Ourain rug is wonderfully versatile — use it to anchor a living room, warm a bedroom, or bring texture to a reading nook. Explore more in our Moroccan rug collection.
Craftsmanship & Authenticity
Hand-knotted over days of patient work, it supports the Moroccan artisans who made it and is built to last for years. Make it yours — add it to your cart and we'll start weaving.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it really handmade?
Absolutely. Each Beni Ourain rug is woven entirely by hand, which is why no two are ever exactly alike.
What is it made of?
100% natural wool, hand-dyed to achieve its ivory and blue tones. The colours are rich and warm rather than synthetic-bright.
Will the colours match the photos?
We shoot in natural daylight for accuracy. As the wool is hand-dyed, tones can shift very slightly between pieces — message us for photos of your exact rug before it ships.
Will it hold up to everyday use?
Wool is one of the most resilient natural fibres, so it wears beautifully in busy rooms. Expect a little shedding at first, which fades quickly.
How do I keep it clean?
Wool naturally resists dirt thanks to its lanolin. Vacuum gently, blot spills quickly with mild soap and water, and have it professionally cleaned once a year to keep the light tones fresh.
Can I choose the size and fringe, and how soon does it ship?
Yes — pick your size and fringe finish (two sides, one side, or none) above; each rug is made to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production. Order today to reserve your place in the workshop queue.
