1- How fast do you ship?

You will be able to track your shipment online using the tracking number provided to see the current status of the shipment.
Please note that additional customs charges may apply when your order arrives in your country, and it is your responsibility to cover any additional charges by customs.
2- How is shipping cost determined?
This is determined based on the weight and destination of your order.

If you have a promo code you can apply it in the checkout page.
5- Do you offer wholesale?
We offer a program for businesses that want to resell our items. If you would like to know more about these options, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
6- I'm a dropshipper can I add your products to my site?

7- What payment methods do you accept?
In addition to accepting Paypal. We use stripe as a payment gateway which accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country including: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, UnionPay, Visa, or Unknown.
8- Can I custom order a handicraft?
For some handicrafts, such as straw baskets, yes we might be able to do that for you, but it will take some time. Let us know what you are interested in and we will take it from there.
9- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we currently ship to 47 countries in North America, South America, Europe, North Africa and Asia. In case shipping to your country isn’t available, please notify us and we’ll try to add it to our list if our shipping service reaches there.
